Class Description
Commercial Rate Groups/Group 4

Any use by a commercial/for-profit businesses. Activities of private individuals or companies without tax-exempt certificates, and other similar uses.

District Cost Groups/Group 2

Public or Government Organizations (i.e. City use or use by other school districts) Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Camp Fire USA, YMCA, parent-teacher associations, school-community advisory councils, and recreational youth sports leagues that charge participants no more than average of $60 per month.

District Groups/Group 1 District Group & Staff. School Related Groups (i.e MPCSD PTO & MPAEF)
Fair Rental Rate Groups/Group 3

 Non-profit Organizations must provide 501(c)(3) status.

  • Facility must be reserved under the organization’s name.
  • Payment for the facility rental will be issued from the non-profit organization.
  • Any fees or registrations paid by any participants must be paid directly to the non-profit organization.

Group Information

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.

Insurance Requirements: A Certificate of Insurance naming the Menlo Park City School District (limit no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence). We request that your insurance list the Menlo Park City School District as the certificate holder and as additional insured with the address of 181 Encinal Avenue, Atherton, CA 94027
